International Pilots! If you don’t live in Australia but would still like to be part of the action we are running the INTERNATIONAL HIGH FLYERS CHALLENGE again this year. All you need to do is have a verified throw recorded by a teacher or school representative, fill out the ADJACENT form and make sure you’ve met the criteria and you’re following the rules. The rules are the same, just winners are judged by video.

To enter, you need to upload a video of your throw onto any public domain such as YouTube so that your throw can be viewed by anyone who visits the appropriate leaderboard. Include the URL address on your entry submission. Our Young Scientist judging panel will carefully look at the high achieving throws for eligibility to make show there is no evidence of wind assistance. We will be showing the top eligible throws for each age category on our INTERNATIONAL LEADERBOARD.

All entries for the INTERNATIONAL HIGH FLYERS CHALLENGE must be submitted before midnight at the end of Friday 26th August (Australian Eastern Standard Time).

On the date of the competition in Sydney (Saturday 27th August) we will also be announcing the winner of the INTERNATIONAL HIGH FLYERS CHALLENGE, you’ll be contacted via email if you have won a prize! Medallions will be awarded to winners of each age category and Certificates will be emailed to the runner-ups. Good Luck!
